Following provisions of Section 201(2) of the Companies Act 2013 the Company has published Notice in English Newspaper Business Standard - Bhubaneswar Edition and Pratidin - Odia Newspaper on Friday 11th September 2026 in connection with its proposed filing of application to the Central Government (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) for approval of appointment of Mr Mukesh Harshadrai Rawal (DIN: 11676514) as a Whole-time Director of the Company designated as Director and Chief Executive Officer India of the Company for a period of 3 (three) years on and from Sunday 16th August 2026 to Wednesday 15th August 2029 both days inclusive liable to retire by rotation.
