This is to inform you that Company has issued Notice to Shareholders and sent letters to concerned shareholders pursuant to the provisions of section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Auditing, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, notified by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) which has come into effect from 7th September, 2016 and further amended by the MCA notification dated 28th February, 2017.
