The Board Meeting to be held on 14/11/2025 has been revised to 14/11/2025 Kalyani Investment Company Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is Re-scheduled on 14/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025 due to postponement of the meeting of Hikal Limited Associate Company whose financials are required for Companys Consolidated Results.
