Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company by its Designated person shall remain closed from 1 January 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2021 becomes generally available information.
