Further to our intimation dated December 20 2019 Prestige Estates Projects Limited ("Company") has executed an investment agreement dated January 13 2020 with GAMNAT Pte. Ltd. ("Investment Agreement") with regard to the proposed issue of 1 34 41 654 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each
to GAMNAT Pte. Ltd. in accordance with Chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 ("Proposed Issue").
