Mather and Platt Fire Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Board could not make themselves available on May 26, 2016. Hence the Board Meeting will be held on May 30, 2016 to consider inter alia the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.
The trading window will remain closed from May 17, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
