2. Mr. Subbaratnam Ravi- Director
3. Mr. Ashok Kumar Agarwal Director- Director
4. Mr. Dipak Das - Independent Director
5. Mr. Rupendra Nath Kumar - Independent Director
6. Mrs. Baishali Roy - Independent Director

Further the Company Secretary, Mr. M. C. Bhansali has retired from his services w.e.f. June 01, 2014.
