Fluidomat: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Dividend Updates

Members of the Company has approved the final dividend of Rs. 7.50 per share on 4927000 equity shares of the Company. The dividend shall be credited to the shareholders registered bank account within the prescribed time frame.
