Easun Reyrolle: Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Outcome of meeting of Committee of Creditors

The Meeting of Committee of Creditors (COC) was held yesterday and it was decided as under:

1) File an application before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Chennai seeking exclusion of Lockdown period imposed due to COVID-19 while computing CIRP period.

2) Postponement of Passing of Resolution Plan through E-voting scheduled to be held from 22-07-2021 to 24-07-2021 to future date.
