Datamatics Global Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 21, 2016, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share (10% on the equity shares of the face value of Rs. 5/- each) for the financial year 2015-16.
