Gennex Laboratories- Partly Paid up Equity Shares (Rights Issue): 01St (First) Reminder For First And Final Call Money Notice

This has reference to our letter dated January 05 2023 wherein we had informed that the Right Issue Committee ("Committee") duly authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company approved sending of a 1st Reminder Notice for payment of First and Final Call amount of Rs.4.50/- per partly-up equity share to the holders of such partly paid-up equity shares on which the First and Final Call remains unpaid.
