We wish to intimate the exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company met today on Dec 12 2025 and upon recommendation of the NRC subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company confirmed the reappointment of Mr. Nitesh Shetty as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for the further period of one year up to Dec 14 2026 and re-appointment of Ms. Gayathri MN Non-Executive Independent Women Director of the Company for the second term of 5 years up to Jan 07 2031.
