Agro Dutch Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on August 12, 2016, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial results for the year ended March 31, 2016 and Un-audited quarterly financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. In this regard, the board of Directors sought some information/documents from the Auditors. Accordingly, the meeting was adjourned to August 18, 2016.
