Splendid Metal Products Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/06/2021 inter alia to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) and as per the instructions given by Mr.T.Sathisan- Resolution Professional/Monitoring Agent (IP Registration No.IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00105/2017-2018/10212) the meeting between the Directors of the Company and Resolution Professional/Monitoring Agent will be held on Wednesday 30th day of June 2021 through audio/video conferencing facility to consider approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of(Standalone and Consolidated) the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021.
