HFCL: Corrigendum To The Notice Of Annual General Meeting (AGM) To Be Held On 25Th September, 2017

Dear Sir,
This has reference to the Notice dated 26th August, 2017 convening 30th Annual General Meeting of Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited to be held on 25th September, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at the Mushroom Centre, Chambaghat, Solan-173213 (hereinafter referred as Notice) for seeking shareholders approval for matters contained in the said Notice. There has been an inadvertent typo error on page 18 of Notice which has been rectified through Corrigendum.

We are enclosing herewith scanned copied of the Corrigendum to the Notice published in Indian Express Chandigarh, Hind Janpath, Solan & The Himachal Times, Shimla on 21st September, 2017.

The Corrigendum is also available on website of the Company i.e. www.hfcl.com

All other terms and conditions of the Notice remain unchanged.
