Prism Informatics: Board Meeting Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

Prism Informatics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of Company will be held on August 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.

Further pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and as per the terms of 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading? of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from August 04, 2016 to August 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen on August 15, 2016 for Directors and Designated employee as defined in the code.
