Generic Engineering Construction And Projects: Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of Board Meeting

With reference to our intimation dated 06th January 2026 the meeting of the Board of Directors of theCompany was held on 12th January 2026. At the said meeting inter alia the Board considered anddiscussed the proposal relating to potential fundraising initiatives. After due deliberation the Boardnoted that the proposal requires further evaluation including assessment of prevailing marketconditions and available structuring alternatives. Accordingly no decision was taken on the saidproposal at the meeting. The Company will communicate the next course of action in this regard in due course
