In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended from time to time) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company be closed for all Designated Persons of the Company including their immediate relatives from 1st April 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2021.
