This is to inform you that pursuant to the Insider Trading policy of the Company the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed from 31st March 2023 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023.The date of the Board meeting to inter-alia consider the financial results for quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 shall be intimated separately in due course.
