Aanchal Ispat: Closure of Trading Window

As per the companys Code of conduct framed pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulation. 2015 and Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02 2019 the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by Directors Key Managerial Persons and Designated persons shall remain closed from 01st Day of April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026.
