Kiran Vyapar: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Updates on Acquisition

With reference to earlier intimation made on 9th February 2026 (a copy of intimation attached) for execution of Share Subscription Agreement ("SSA") and acquisition of 0.681% (zero point six eight one percent) of the paid up equity share capital in Greshma Finvest Private Limited ("GFPL") a Private Limited Company incorporated in India for a total consideration (i.e. towards acquisition) not exceeding INR 2 43 84 139 (India Rupees two crores forty three lakhs eighty four thousand one hundred thirty nine only) please be informed that GFPL has made an allotment of 10 363 (Ten Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Three) equity shares representing 0.681% (zero point six eight one percent) of its paid up equity share capital to the Company on 9th February 2026 amounting to INR 2 43 84 139 (India Rupees Two Crores Forty Three Lakhs Eighty Four Thousand One Hundred Thirty Nine Only).
