We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) and subject to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations 2021 7 600 stock options have been granted to the employees of ICRA Limited (the Company) and its subsidiaries with an effective date of grant is July 1 2023 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2018 (ESOS 2018) at an exercise price of Rs. 10 per stock option as approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company. As required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations the requisite information is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
