Please find the following disclosures received from the acquirer Nayan Traders Private Limited being new Promoter/Promoter Group of the Company. :

1. Disclosure under Regulation 10(6) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and takeover) Regulations 2011;

2. Disclosure under Regulation 7(1)(b) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and

3. Intimation dated 01/09/2021 under Regulation 10(7) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and takeover) Regulations 2011 along with the Copy of Demand Draft dated 31/08/2021 bearing No. 505665 drawn on ICICI Bank in favour of Securities and Exchange Board of India payable at Mumbai.
