This is to inform you that the Company has received the request under Regulation 31A of Listing Regulations from the Promoter Group i.e. Mr. Piyush Jayntilal Shah dated 02.05.2023 for reclassification from "Promoter and Promoter Group" category to the "Public" category.The aforesaid requests for reclassification will be placed before the Board in its forthcoming meeting.
