Anus Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Audit Committee Meeting of the Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on May 30, 2013, to consider audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2013, could not be held for want of quorum. As such the meeting scheduled to be on May 30, 2013 has been adjourned by two weeks. The next date and venue of the Audit Committee Meeting will be informed in due course.

Hence the Meeting of the Board of Directors could not consider and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2013. The next date will be informed in due course.
