Suryo Foods & Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/12/2025 inter alia to consider and approve In furtherance to our intimation dated 03.12.2025 regarding the outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors of Suryo Foods & Industries Limited and pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of our Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday 11.12.2025 to consider inter-alia the following:1.Proposal of fund raising by way of issue of equity shares or other securities of the Company through a rights issue and/or any other permissible mode as may be permitted under applicable law subject to such regulatory/ statutory approvals as may be required. 2.Approval of the Draft Letter of Offer for the Rights Issue. 3.Constitution of a Rights Issue Committee for the purpose of giving effect to the Rights Issue.4.Appointment of Registrar to the Issue Banker to Issue Monitoring Agency and all other intermediaries advisors and agencies necessary for the Rights Issue.
