Gravity India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 30, 2013, to transact the following businesses:
1. To consider, decide and fix the date to close the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company and to ascertain the period of closure for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting.
2. To approve and sign the Directors? Report along with the Corporate Governance Report and Management Discussion & Analysis Report for the year ended on March 31, 2013.
3. To consider the appointment of M/s. J. C. Kabra & Associates as Statutory Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting to the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
4. To decide the date, time and place to convene the 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company and to approve the draft notice for the same.
