This is to inform you that in terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended upto date) read with the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from 1st January 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2022.
