Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Schedule lll of the SEBI (Listing Regulations ans Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that Infomerics Ratings vide their press release dated 9th February 2026 has reaffirmed the credit rating which it had issued earlier on 13th November 2024 which is BB+ STABLE.
