United Interactive Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following business:
1. To approve audited financial results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2015 and audited consolidated and standalone Financial Results for the financial year 2014-2015.
Further trading window is closed up to June 01, 2015. Accordingly, all the officers/connected persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
