With reference to the earlier letter dated November 26, 2015 regarding Closure of Trading Window, Geometric Ltd has now informed BSE that the revised trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will now remain closed w.e.f. December 01, 2015 upto February 10, 2016 (both days inclusive), for all Promoters and Promoter Group, Directors, Officers, designated Employees and all other employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.
