In compliance to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 it is to inform that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday 13th August 2024 to Wednesday 28th August 2024 for the purpose of 48th AGM of the Company. Other details are mentioned in the letter attached.
