The Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will be closed from Saturday 14 September 2019 to Saturday 21 September 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determination names of members for payment of dividend if declared in the ensuing 28th Annual General Meeting.
The final dividend if declared in the ensuing 28th Annual General Meeting will be payable within 30 days from the declaration and date of payment will be intimated separately after declaration of dividend.
