In pursuance of Company?s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report, Trading by insiders the Company has given Notice to the designated persons comprising of Employee, Directors and other connected persons that in view of ensuing Board Meeting fixed on May 27, 2016, inter-alia, to consider Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016 the Trading Window shall remain close from May 20, 2016 to May 29, 2016 (both days inclusive).
