This has reference to our letter dated January 7 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended (SEBI Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on Thursday January 29 2026 inter-alia considered and approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter/period ended December 31 2025 which is in compliance with Indian Accounting Standard (Ind-AS).
