With reference to our communication dated 29th March 2018 about resignation of Company Secretary, this is to update that Management of the Company has requested existing Company Secretary- Mr. Rahul Kumar (who has resigned from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f 10th April 2018) to continue to hold the office till the date of ensuing Board Meeting i.e. 16th day of April 2018. Thus he will continue to serve the Company as Company Secretary & Compliance officer till close of business hours of 16th day of April 2018.
