Adharshila Capital Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/07/2022 inter alia to consider and approve the voluntary delisting of securities of the company in terms of provisions of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2021 as proposed by Shri Raj Kumar Adlakha Promoter of the Company vide Initial Public Announcement dated 28th June 2022 from BSE Limited (BSE) being the only the stock exchange where the shares of the Company are listed.
