Moil Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 131, 2016 and declare Interim Dividend for Financial year 2016-17, if any.
Further, in terms Company?s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain close from February 07, 2017 to February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive).
