With reference to the circular dated 2nd April 2019 received from BSE Limited regarding clarification on trading restriction period under the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the trading window will be closed for Designated persons with immediate effect and the same remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31 2019.
