Orbit Corporation: Resignation of Statutory Auditor

Orbit Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the current Auditors M/s Sharp & Tannan has resigned as the Statutory Auditors of the Company as per the mail dated November 24, 2016 which has created the casual vacancy. The said resignation shall be considered in the Companys ensuing board meeting scheduled on November 30, 2016.
