UP Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that :
1. Shri. Girish Narain Mehra had resigned from the Board of the Company w.e.f. July 24, 2015.
2. Shri. Jag Mohan Lal liable to retire and be re-appointed at the 54th Annual General Meeting (for Financial Year 2014-15) ceased to hold office as Director as on September 30, 2015 (the last date for holding the 54th AGM) as the Company could not hold its Annual General Meeting by that date.
