(1) The Company has received a letter dated March 13 2023 from Mr. Kuldeep Puri seeking re-classification of his name from the category of promoter group of the Company to public in terms of Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.(2) Mr. Kuldeep Puri do not hold any equity shares of the Company. The aforesaid reclassification request shall be subject to analysis and approval of the Board of Directors of the Company approval of the Stock Exchange and other applicable conditions specified under the provisions of Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.Kindly take note of the above.
