Tata Elxsi: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

The Board of Directors of the Company have allotted 543 equity shares pursuant to the exercise of performance stock options by the eligible employees under the "Tata Elxsi Performance Stock Option Plan 2023"
