UPL: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate

We would like to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. 22nd May 2020 has recommend to the members of the Company the re-appointment of Dr. Vasant Gandhi (DIN: 00863653) as an Independent Director of the Company for a second term of five (5) consecutive years
w.e.f. 23rd November 2020. The current tenure of Dr. Vasant Gandhi as an Independent Director is completing on 22nd November 2020. The proposal will be considered by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Dr. Vasant Gandhi is not related inter-se to any director of the Company. He is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
