Keerthi Industries Limited has disclosed the Outcome of the Board Meeting for the consideration and approval of Addendum to the Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) entered into by the company with Keerthi Holdings Private Limited (Formerly known as Hyderabad Bottling Co. Private Limited) for the purpose of Slump Sale which was approved by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors on 29th May 2025 and subsequently by the Shareholders on 10th July 2025.
