With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 04, 2017, regarding Book Closure from August 31, 2017 to September 07, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend, Cupid Ltd has now informed BSE that the said Book Closure i.e. from August 31, 2017 to September 07, 2017 (both days inclusive) has also fixed for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 07, 2017.
