BPL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 17, 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:
- A Scheme of Arrangement for reduction of capital by way of setting off accumulated losses of the Company against the Share Premium Account i.e. adjustment of debit balance in the Statement of Profit & loss against the credit balance in Share Premium Account, subject to the approval of the members, statutory and other concerned authorities.
