KG Denim Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 is being postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. The REVISED date of the Board Meeting is Friday 14th November 2025. Trading Window for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives which remains closed since 01.10.2025 as notified vide our letter dated 26.09.2025 shall continue to remain closed till the 16th November 2025 in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015.
