Approved the Notice of the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company.2. Approved convening of the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company through video conference/other audio visual means in accordance with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Circular No. 20/2020 dated 05th May 2020 and Securities and Exchange Board of India Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/79 dated 12th May 2020.3. Approved closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company from Wednesday 21th September 2022 to Tuesday 27th September 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 02.00 P.M. and concluded at 03:00 P.M.
