Bharat Forge Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2018, inter alia, have recommended a final dividend at the rate of 125% (i.e. Rs. 2.50 per equity share) on 465,588,632 fully paid Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2018, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
The final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2018, if approved by members of the Company, will be paid on August 14, 2018.
